The US Post Office, UPS & Fedex are now displaying estimated shipping times of 2, and 3+ days on Priority Mail and Ground shipments and are experiencing delays in certain areas.  These shipping times are estimates based solely on the carrier’s expectations, and may or may not accurately reflect the actual delivery time of your package. Although they are often very reliable, we cannot be responsible for any delays for your shipment once it leaves our possession.  Shipping times are typically 3-5 business days for domestic US deliveries.  These are guidelines only; however, due to factors beyond our control, many shipments have been delayed as much as 2 weeks or more in some instances.  As we regret this happening, we have no control over this and will continue to fulfill orders as fast as possible on our end. Please remember all orders require 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process in addition to the transit time to your location. Due to the way that orders are processed through the system, any additional items that need be added to your order will need to be placed on a separate order or call 936-933-1742 for assistance. Shipping Cost:  We do not upcharge shipping cost and in most cases, we lose money on shipping.  USPS increased their shipping rates in OCT 2021 and again in 2022.  As we remain hopeful this will not happen, we are not in business to lose money and must adjust our rates accordingly. Below is an example of USPS Rates vs OUR Rate as of 12-26-20:

Once your order has been assigned a shipping label, you’ll receive a tracking number.  You will be able to track your package once USPS, UPS, or FedEx has possession and updated that in their system.

IMPORTANT:  We try very hard to fulfill ALL orders within 24 hrs; however, at times, due to us being on location we may or may not be able to ship within that time frame due to factors such as where we are and the additional cost of postage on our end We may not ship for up to 72 hours.  Although we make every effort we can, some orders will not ship within 24 hours.  We appreciate your understanding and patience.
