Chicken Chili with White Chili Beans

GROUND MEAT & ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE CHILI

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: (to make 1 gallon)

1–2.4oz EZ MIXES Chili Seasoning

1 lb Ground Meat (we like 93/7)

1 lb ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE (Cajun Style Sausage)(cubed )

1 Jalapeno (chopped)

1/2 Cup Chopped Onion

1-11oz Can V-8 (or 2-6 oz cans)

1-6.5oz Can Tomato Sauce

1-15oz Can 3 bean Chili beans

1-15oz can Bush’s Chili Beans

2-14.5oz Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes (or Fresh Tomatoes)

1/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS:

In a skillet, add V-8, Onions & Jalapenos–cook for 2 minutes, add ground meat and cook all together until 3/4 done.  Add EZ MIXES Chili Seasoning, mix well and cook until completely done.

Add water, Tomato Sauce, and Andouille Sausage and cook for about 3 minutes.

Add Tomatoes and Beans, mix together well and cook until it starts to bubble.

Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring regularly. ENJOY

HINT: We like to put our chili on in the morning and cook all day!
