INGREDIENTS:  Dehydrated blend of cheese(Granular & Blue(Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes, Whey, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Whey Protein Concentrate, Lactose, Maltodextrin, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Citric Acid, Lactic Acid, Yellow 5, Yellow 6). Chicken Base (Salt, Corn Starch, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein,(Hydrolyzed Corn and Cottonseed & Soy Bean Oil), Maltodextrin, Rendered Chicken Fat (Chicken Fat, Natural Flavoring), Onion & less than 2% of Disodium Insonate & Guanylate. Spice Extractive for Spice & color. Spices.  Yellow #5 Lake Soybean Oil, Cajun Seasoning, Cumin, Paprika, Chili Powder, Cilantro & Onion.

Suggested Uses

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1/2 – 3/4 Cup Canola OR Vegeatable Oil        
1 Gallon Size Baggie
1-Pkg EZ Mixes Cheesy Queso Cracker Seasoning
1-1 1/2 Bags Oyster Crackers or
3/4 Box Reg Saltines or 1 Box Mini Saltines

DIRECTIONS:

In Baggie, combine Oil & EZ MIXES Seasoning.
Mix Well.  Let sit for 10 minutes, Add Crackers and seal bag filled with air. Tumble every 5-10 minutes until Crackers are completely coated with EZ Mixes Cracker Seasoning.  Let crackers rest for a few hours for the best taste. Store in an air-tight container–ENJOY!

Delightful Recipe

In pot, heat 1 1/2 cups 1/2 & 1/2 or heavy cream. Add the Entire package and heat to thicken, approx 10 minutes–Enjoy!

 

Make Cheese dip and add to Elbow Macaroni for a delightful Mac & Cheese.  Cook Elbow Macaroni as directed, Make Cheese Dip, and mix together.  Place in pan, top with a few sprinkles of bread crumbs, and bake @ 350 for about 20 minutes.
