Ground Beef & Andouille Sausage CHILI

1-2.5oz Pkg EZ MIXES Chili Seasoning
1 lb Ground Beef–We prefer 90/10 mixture
1–14oz Package ZATARAINS ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE (CUBED)
1–11oz Can V-8 Juice
1-small can Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
2–14.5oz Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes
2–15oz Cans BUSHES Chili Beans
2–Medium Jalapenos–(CHOPPED)

 

In Skillet, add V-8, Onions and Ground Beef.  Cook until Meat is 90% done, add ENTIRE Pkg EZ Mixes Chili Seasoning, Mix well and cook until meat is completely done.  Add Sausage, Tomatoes, Beans, Tomato Sauce and Jalapenos, Cook on Med-High  (stirring often) for 10-15 minutes.  Turn down and simmer for 2 hours-stirring often. ENJOY!

For more heat–add more jalapenos!
