Simple Grilled Shrimp


What you will need:

16 Jumbo Shrimp

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, about 1/2 cup for brushing

E-Z Mixes Cajun Seasoning or E-Z Mixes Garlic & Herb or E-Z mixes South of the Border (CLICK HERE TO ORDER)

2 Medium sized Lemons (cut in half)

Preheat Griddle or grill pan over med-high heat.

Remove the Shell and De-Vein Shrimp

Brush Shrimp with oil and season completely & liberally all over, and grill 2 minutes on each side until shrimp is good and pink.

Place lemons on grill during the last minute as the heat will release the juices.  Remove form griddle or pan and squeeze lemon juice on top and serve.

Serve with Coleslaw and/or Fried Potatoes. YUM!
