Savory Spaghetti Meat Sauce

SAVORY SPAGHETTI

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1 lb Lean Ground Beef

1 Small Sweet Onion OR 1 Small Shallot (Chopped)

1/2 Medium Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)

2-3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

1–14.5oz Can Petite Diced Tomatoes

1–6oz Can Tomato Paste

1–8oz Can Tomato Sauce

2–TBS Sugar

2 1/2 TBS EZ MIXES CHILI SEASONING (I know, but trust me, this is good)

1/3 cup Fresh Sliced Baby Bella’s

Spaghetti or Angel Hair Pasta.

Fresh grated Parmesan

DIRECTIONS:

In skillet, saute’ Onion, Peppers and Garlic in Olive oil for about 5 minutes.  Add meat and brown (drain if needed, but I like a 90/10 blend and do not drain).

Stir in Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Tomato Sauce, Sugar and EZ Mixes Chili Seasoning. Combine well and simmer for 30 minutes.

Cook Spaghetti or Angel Hair Pasta according to directions.  Drain and serve with Spaghetti Sauce, Top with fresh grated Parmesan Cheese and ENJOY!
