Garlic Lemon Dill Smoked or Grilled Salmon

GARLIC -LEMON-DILL SMOKED or Grilled SALMON

Fresh Atlantic Salmon–Enough for family

2 Large Lemon (1-juiced and 1 sliced into 1/8-1/4 inch slices)

E-Z Mixes Garlic Lemon Dill seasoning (CLICK HERE TO ORDER)

Butter (melted)

1-2 TBS Olive oil

Wash Salmon well and cut into desired size sections (you can also leave whole)

Mix oil and melted butter and whisk together, take 1/2 of the Lemon juice and mix in or just squeeze on and and coat salmon well. Hold the other half for right before serving.

Sprinkle generous amount of E-Z Mixes Garlic, Lemon, Dill seasoning on each piece.  Let sit for 15 minutes, meanwhile get you smoker(190 degrees) or Grill (350 degrees) heated up. For Grilling, cook time will be around 10-15 minutes or until done.  Smoking (which is what I do) usually takes about 1 hour or so but well worth it. Keep your smoking temp at about 190 degrees.  After about 30 minutes turn salmon 90 degrees and finish cooking.  At this time you will place the sliced lemon pieces on top during the last 30 minutes.  (In either case Salmon should be cooked to an Internal Temp of 145 degrees).  Once it reaches temp, pull and cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Uncover a add the remaining lemon juice to the top and serve.  Top with our Lemon Dill Sauce for a simply Gourmet dinner. (For that recipe Click Here)

Best served with Asparagus or Squash and Zucchini.  ENJOY!
