Elote is grilled Mexican street corn that has been brushed with a mixture of mayonnaise, Sour Cream (Crema), topped with Cotija Cheese, and sprinkled with our Chile-Lime Seasoning. YUM!

Heat outdoor Grill to Med-High heat, meanwhile shuck and remove silk from corn.  I like to brush corn with a small amount of oil and sprinkle our Chili-Lime seasoning on before grilling.

Place corn on grill and cook for about 10 minutes rotating 1/4 turn every 2 minutes to cook evenly.  Remove from grill and Liberally apply the Mayo-Sour Cream Mixture, sprinkle a little more Chilie-Lime seasoning and top with Cojita Cheese.  Sprinkle another small amount of lime juice and garnish with Cilantro.  ENJOY!
