Delightful Recipe
GROUND MEAT & ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE CHILI
WHAT YOU WILL NEED: (to make 1 gallon)
1–2.4oz EZ MIXES Chili Seasoning
1 lb Ground Meat (we like 93/7)
1 lb ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE (Cajun Style Sausage)(cubed )
1 Jalapeno (chopped)
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1-11oz Can V-8 (or 2-6 oz cans)
1-6.5oz Can Tomato Sauce
1-15oz Can 3 bean Chili beans
1-15oz can Bush’s Chili Beans
2-14.5oz Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes (or Fresh Tomatoes)
1/4 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
In a skillet, add V-8, Onions & Jalapenos–cook for 2 minutes, add ground meat and cook all together until 3/4 done. Add EZ MIXES Chili Seasoning, mix well and cook until completely done.
Add water, Tomato Sauce, and Andouille Sausage and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add Tomatoes and Beans, mix together well and cook until it starts to bubble.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring regularly. ENJOY
HINT: We like to put our chili on in the morning and cook all day!

Awesome chili using instant pot. I experiment making different chili recipes but was running behind making dinner so used this with ground beef in the instant pot for 20 mins. My family rated this the best chili I have ever made. Will be ordering more chili seasoning.
